Data accessed
Only after the account owner grants permission: Gmail messages and Google Calendar events from the household's own Google account, Outlook.com mail from accounts their owners connect (reading and filing only; access can be removed at any time), plus messages members send to JARVIS.
How it is used
Only to provide JARVIS's features to the household: answering questions, tracking schedules and sending reminders. It is never sold or used for advertising.
Google API data
JARVIS's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google user data is not used to train general-purpose AI models.
Sharing
Data is shared only with service providers needed to run JARVIS (AI processing, data storage and hosting), under terms that don't let them use it for their own purposes.
Security and deletion
Data is encrypted in transit and stored privately. To have data deleted, email the address below. Google access can be removed at any time from the Google Account's Third-party connections page.
